About the Journal

The Alliance Journal of Corporate and Commercial Law (AJCCL) is an annual online journal published by the Alliance Centre for Corporate and Commercial Law (ACCL), Alliance School of Law, Alliance University, Bengaluru, India.

The journal is a double anonymised annual peer reviewed publication that invites original and unpublished research papers in the field of Corporate and Commercial Law.

AJCCL aims to disseminate quality research that has both theoretical and practical relevance, providing a platform for the exchange of ideas, debates, and contemporary insights in this rapidly evolving field.

Contemporary issues in corporate and commercial law, with emphasis on scholarly rigor and practical relevance.

Submission Guidelines

Every manuscript should include a clear Introduction and Conclusion.
Manuscript should use British English spelling
Research Articles: Maximum of 2 authors. Exceptions may be considered for meaningful contributions with editorial approval.
Submissions must conform to the Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed.).
Footnotes should be used for references, not endnotes.
